Subito Cotto MINI is a real refractory gas pizza oven, fully portable and weighing less than 45 KG. It has an inside diameter of 40 cm and reaches a temperature of 450° C (750 F°) in just 30 minutes. The MINI is ideal for baking pizza (33/34cm of diameter) and can be placed either in the garden, in a balcony or on a terrace.

Thanks to the refractory dome, the oven, even when it is switched off, keeps the heat inside and can be cooked many other dishes as meat, fish, bread, vegetables and sweets.The oven is supplied with a gas burner produced in Italy, compatible with traditional GAS, Propane/GPL or Methane.

The Subito Cotto MINI is produced in a completely handicraft factory in Italy, with high quality materials and accessories, 100% Made in Italy.

    This oven is very good! I bought it about 4 months ago and I am very pleased.It offer high value for money. This oven is made of concrete, not stone or tin. I was afraid that the concrete would not sustain heat well but I was wrong, The heat hold capacity is very good. The oven is very easy to use once you know what you are doing. The hight tempreture allow getting proffesional results, but you can also use it for lower tempeture – and this is a very big advantage

    What I like about this oven:
    reaches 350c-450c quickly, about 20-30 minutes
    holds temperature very well
    you can transport it (weight only 45 kilo)
    burner flame hight control
    self cleaning (just turn in on on high flame for 20 minutes with doo shut and it would self clean burning off any residues)
    the price

    What I dislike about this oven:
    narrow door, 14″ wide
    not even temperature – using a temperature gun i measured quite a big difference
    door handle gets very hot – no insulation

    Although I mention some disadvantages none of them are real problems. Considering the weight and price of the oven – it is acceptable. It is a wonderful *real* alternative to all kinds of flimsy ovens made of tin

    I use the oven mainly for pizza, but also for antipasti and fish. For best results with pizza I heat it door shut for 20-30 minutes on high flame, when I insert the pizza I turn the flame low.
